About the Co-op
Tucked away on Highland Drive (32 Units) and clear of the high traffic streets, makes for a quiet safe haven for people of all ages. Lorentchia Housing has lots to offer, onsite laundry facilities and clotheslines, storage room (if available), personal parking, workshop, recycling shed, picnic tables, cable package, wi-fi, heat pumps, air exchangers, and hot water.

All members who are accepted will need to serve on the Board of Directors and their committees.

If there is no vacancy and you are interested in filling out an application, we keep them on a waitlist for a year (1), before you would need to re-apply.
